Brad is an enthusiastic and empathetic practitioner that strives to deliver simple, effective exercise prescription and translates his experience as a high-level athlete and his own health journey to guide you in his treatment. Originally from Sydney, Brad followed his passion for helping people to Melbourne, where he currently practices. His experience extends from treating Australian Veterans including ex-special forces, NDIS participants of all abilities, footballers and high-performing professionals. Brad loves talking all things sports and you can also test his knowledge on Star Wars and just about anything nerdy.

ROB KORAC

Dr. Robert blends the precision, passion and wealth of knowledge to deliver an exceptional performance enhancing patient experience, he brings a unique approach to healthcare.

Robert employs a multitude of techniques like HVLA ,cupping, needling, exercise rehab and low light laser therapy, catering to a diverse clientele, from elite athletes to everyday individuals navigating life’s challenges. Choosing family over a Ph.D. offer, he’s now pursuing a Masters of Strength and Conditioning, continuing to sharpen and improve as a clinician.

His experience ranges from the rugby field to working with Australia's top BJJ athletes and football players, showcasing his broad expertise. Robert's method goes beyond traditional treatment; he empowers patients with knowledge, making recovery a journey of improvement and understanding. In his practice, osteopathy is more than a job—it's an avenue for healing, education, and connecting people back to their lives.

Lydia Thompson is an experienced Osteopath and a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). After completing her Osteopathy studies in Melbourne, Lydia expanded her experience by working in Brisbane and Sydney. As an Osteopath, she has assisted individuals with various musculoskeletal issues, from chronic conditions like back and neck pain to acute complaints. While Lydia is skilled in general Osteopathic care for all ages, her passion and specialization are in the fields of women's health, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and paediatrics.

In her practice, Lydia incorporates a variety of Osteopathic techniques, as well as Optimal Maternal Positioning and Spinning Babies methods, to support pregnant women and help them prepare for childbirth. Following birth, she offers breastfeeding guidance as an IBCLC and provides paediatric osteopathic care for infants.

Lydia is also currently doing a degree in Naturopathy.
